Your building keeps working while we roof it
Most of the time we can roof without getting in the way of tenants or staff at all. When we do need access, everyone hears about it first.

Flat and low-slope
The systems your flat roof actually needs
It does not matter if your roof is flat. We have done it before, and we can do it for you. TPO, EPDM, PVC, and hot fluid-applied membranes, installed and repaired.
- TPOThe workhorse single-ply for Utah flat roofs; heat-welded seams, reflective surface.
- EPDMRubber membrane that shrugs off freeze-thaw; a strong repair candidate before a full replacement.
- PVCChemical and grease resistance for restaurants and industrial roofs.
- Liquid-appliedOne continuous membrane poured over an aging roof, sometimes saving a tear-off entirely. On one job, the TPO still had life left, so the popped seams got fixed for free during other work.
Nobody who walks your property earns a commission.
The person on your roof is an inspector, not a salesman. Their only job is to give the owner or the board an accurate picture of the building.
-
Salaried inspectors
If the roof only needs repairs, the report says so. Nobody gains anything by overselling it.
-
Hundreds of photos per project
Every phase photographed, ready for your board or your files.
-
A project manager on site
One point of contact from the walkthrough to the final inspection.
-
Certificates of insurance on request
General liability and workers comp, sent before work starts.
*Lifetime workmanship warranty may not apply to all products and services. Each manufacturer’s product warranty has its own terms.
Recent work
Commercial roofs we’ve delivered
Apartment community, Taylorsville
A multi-month, multi-building apartment community, roofed with residents living below the work the entire time. Before a single shingle went on, we reached a clear understanding with the owner and documented the full scope for their insurance carrier, so the claim on paper matched the roofs in the photos. The owner and their carrier made the decisions; we made sure nothing on the roofs went undocumented.
Commercial complex, Salt Lake City
Acres of connected rooflines with tenants underneath every one of them. The staging plan came before the first shingle: where the crews park, where the material lands, and which section closes on which day, so the complex never had to.
Managing a portfolio? One roofer and the same report format on every property. References at scale are available on request.

Commercial roofing questions
The questions property managers and boards ask us the most.
Can you roof our building while it stays occupied?
Yes, that is most of our commercial work. We have roofed multi-building apartment communities with residents living below the work the whole time. Access, parking, and entrances get planned around how your building operates, and a project manager is on site all day.
How do you handle bids for boards and committees?
With a written proposal your whole board can read. Clear scope, clear options, clear pricing, and the photo documentation to back every recommendation, so the decision does not rest on one person’s memory of a walkthrough.
Do you repair flat roofs or only replace them?
We repair them when repair is the honest answer. On one Salt Lake City job the TPO still had life left, so the popped seams got fixed for free during the shingle work. Liquid-applied systems can also extend an aging roof and delay a tear-off. If replacement is truly cheaper long term, we will show you the math.
Can you work with our insurance on storm damage?
We inspect, mark, photograph, and give your carrier a complete dated report. With your OK, we also answer your carrier’s questions about what we documented. We are roofers, not public adjusters, so we do not negotiate or file the claim for you. What we make sure of is that nothing on your roof goes undocumented.
What proof of insurance can you provide?
$2,000,000 in general liability plus full workers comp, with certificates of insurance available before you sign. Our Utah contractor license, 6933591-5501, has been active since 2008 with zero disciplinary actions on record.
Do you handle portfolios across multiple properties?
Yes. One roofer can carry your whole portfolio, with the same report format on every property.
