Done with the roof
Gutters and the roof as one project, with one project manager on site.
Commercial roofing
The roof and the gutters are one water system.
Water that leaves the roof has to go somewhere. When gutters overflow on a commercial building, it lands on walkways, entries, and walls. We do the roof and the gutters, so one contractor owns the whole path.
Certificates of insurance on request. Utah contractor license 6933591-5501.

Commercial gutter questions
The questions property managers and boards ask us before a gutter project.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with lending partners, plus in-house financing of our own. Talk to us about the building and we will find the option that fits. See financing.
Do you handle insurance?
We document and estimate. We do not handle the claim. After a storm we inspect, mark, and photograph the damage, then give you a complete dated report and a written estimate for your carrier. We are roofers, not public adjusters, so you file the claim and your carrier decides what is covered. How insurance works.
Do you work on buildings with solar panels?
Yes. We are licensed for solar work as well as roofing, residential and commercial, so panels on the roof stay with one company. Commercial solar.
What counts as an act of God?
It is a common way to describe damage from nature that nobody could stop, like hail, a windstorm, or lightning. Most homeowners policies do not use the phrase. They list what is covered and what is not, and storm damage is usually covered while wear and tear is not. Every policy is different, so ask your agent or your carrier.
How can we tell if our building has storm damage?
Walk the building and look at the gutters and downspouts. Dents in the metal are often the easiest hail damage to see from the ground. Stains on the walls under a gutter, or a run pulled loose after a storm, are worth a call. A free walkthrough gets it all documented with photos.
Do you provide certificates of insurance?
Yes, on request. We carry general liability and full workers comp, and certificates are ready before you sign anything.
Can you do the gutters and the roof at the same time?
Yes. We do both, so the roof and the gutters can run as one project with one project manager on site and one set of photos for your file. Commercial roofing.
Do you check gutters on a free building walkthrough?
Ask us to, and we will look at them while we are there. Tell us when you book that you want the gutters, the downspouts, and the roof edge looked at.
