Commercial siding
Experienced commercial siding specialists
For property managers, HOAs, and building owners across Utah.
Repair, replacement, or both, under one scope
-
Siding repair
Hail, wind, or impact damage on one wall or one building. Fixed, photographed, and written up.
-
Siding replacement
A full re-side when the damage or the age runs across the whole building.
-
Roof and siding together
We are a licensed roofing contractor too, so where the roof meets the wall is one company’s job.
Owners often ask for the roof and gutters at the same time. See commercial roofing and commercial gutters.

Occupied buildings
Your building keeps working while we fix the outside
A lot of people ask whether the work will interrupt their tenants or their business. Siding is outside work, and most of the time we can do it without getting in anyone’s way. When we do need access, everyone hears about it first.
- A heads-up before we start. We go door to door, drop off our contact information, and make sure people know who to reach.
- One person to call. You, your tenants, and your staff all have the same contact for the whole job.
- A photo record your board can read. Every phase photographed, so owners see exactly what was done without climbing a ladder.
Insurance
We speak insurance.
We inspect, mark, photograph, and measure, then write a detailed estimate the owner or the board can hand to the insurance company. We explain each step so nothing surprises anyone.
- Free inspectionIn person, every wall and the roof.
- Your dated reportEvery damaged panel photographed and marked.
- You fileWe hand you everything your carrier asks for.
- Your carrier’s questionsWith your OK, we send them our photos and estimate and answer what they ask.
We document and estimate. We are contractors, not public adjusters, so we do not negotiate or file the claim for you, and we never promise that insurance will pay for anything.

A record your board can actually use.

Commercial siding questions
The questions property managers and HOA boards ask us the most.
Do you offer financing on commercial projects?
Ask us. We offer in-house financing and options through our lending partners. What fits a commercial property depends on the owner and the project, so we talk it through with you before anything gets signed.
Do you handle insurance?
We document and estimate. We do not negotiate or file the claim. We photograph and mark the damage on every elevation and give the owner or the board a dated report and a written estimate for the insurance company. We are contractors, not public adjusters. How insurance work goes.
Do you work on buildings with solar panels?
Yes. Our Utah contractor license carries the S202 Solar Photovoltaic classification, and we do solar work on residential and commercial buildings. We are not electricians and we do not do general electrical work.
What counts as an act of God?
Damage nobody caused. Hail, wind, lightning, a tree that came down in a storm. Nobody was careless and nobody skipped maintenance, the weather just showed up. That is the kind of damage most property policies are written for. What they usually will not cover is siding that simply got old, which is exactly the line good photos win and bad photos lose.
How can I tell if a storm damaged the siding on my building?
Walk the side of the building the storm came from. Dents, cracks, chips, and holes in the siding, dented downspouts, and damage around windows and trim are the usual signs. On a big building it is easy to miss one elevation, so schedule a walkthrough and we will photograph all of them.
Do you work on occupied buildings?
Yes. Siding is outside work, a project manager is on site, and most of the time we can do it without getting in anyone’s way. Before we start, we go door to door, drop off our contact information, and make sure people know who to reach if something comes up.
Do you provide certificates of insurance?
Yes, on request. General liability and workers comp, ready before you sign anything. Our Utah contractor license is 6933591-5501, and you can look it up on the Utah DOPL website.
Can you match the existing siding on one building?
Not always, and we tell you before we start. Siding fades in the sun, and some older styles are not made anymore, so new pieces can look different next to old ones. Sometimes the better answer is a full elevation or a full building, and we will show you both options.
Can siding and roofing be done in one project?
Yes. We are a licensed roofing contractor that handles solar, gutters, and siding, so the roof edge, the flashing, and the walls get planned together instead of by two strangers. When work gets busy, we bring in preferred contractors we trust, which is standard in the industry. See commercial roofing and commercial gutters.
